OVH

The provider is OVH GmbH, Dudweiler Landstraße 5, 66123 Saarbrücken, Germany (hereinafter "OVH"). OVH is a European cloud provider with data centres in the EU.

When you visit our website, your personal data is processed on OVH servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, website access and other data generated via a website.

OVH holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, ensuring a high level of data protection. Data is processed exclusively in data centres within the European Union.

Legal Basis: The use of OVH is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with OVH. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that OVH processes the personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Analysis Tools (Google)

Google Consent Mode V2 (Basic Implementation)

We use Google Consent Mode V2 in the basic implementation. This service allows us to transmit your decision made in the cookie banner to Google.

Consent granted: Google Analytics collects and processes data in full.

Consent denied: No data is transmitted to Google and no cookies are set.

Consent Mode V2 controls the following parameters, which are set to "denied" by default:

  • ad_user_data: Transmission of user data for advertising purposes
  • ad_personalization: Personalised advertising

Google Analytics 4

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses technologies that enable user recognition for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting).

The information collected by Google about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, by activating IP anonymisation, your IP address is previously truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Data Transfer to the USA: Google bases the data transfer to the USA on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). The European Commission determined on 10 July 2023 that the USA provides an adequate level of data protection, provided that the company is certified. Google LLC is certified under the DPF.
